Cancellation Policy

  1. Tour Cancellation Policy

    In the event of a tour cancellation, the following conditions apply:

    Cancellation Up to 5 Days Before the Scheduled Date

    • The deposit is fully refundable.

    Cancellation Within 5 Days of the Scheduled Date

    • The deposit is non-refundable.
    • However, if the cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances beyond your control (e.g., strikes, flight cancellations, severe weather conditions), we will do our best to assist you.

    Options for Cancellations Within 5 Days:

    1. Rescheduling the Tour:

      • We highly recommend attempting to reschedule your tour to avoid losing your deposit.
      • We will work with you to find an available date that fits both your schedule and ours.
    2. Refund in Exceptional Circumstances:

      • If rescheduling is not possible due to availability constraints, a full refund may be issued provided:
        a) You notify us as soon as possible (e.g., by email about a missed connecting flight).
        b) Rescheduling the tour is not feasible on either your part or ours.

    Our goal is to ensure flexibility and minimize any inconvenience caused by unforeseen events.
